Scroll further down the page to see all the sizes that are available. When you find the size you want, look just above the 'ADD to Basket button' for the current availability information. If you re-visit the site, please refresh the web page to see the latest information.
We do hold the vast majority of garments in stock but, with such a large choice of styles and sizes (and orders arriving day and night) we may not have every single one available.
If we are not holding stock of the outfit you want, when we receive your order we then contact the manufacturer and can usually get 95% of everything back into stock within 2 to 3 working days.
If you specify a date and we cannot fulfil your order for the date required we will let you know quickly.
We don't take risks and would sooner refuse your order than let you down. Please bear this in mind when you put the date your outfit is required by.
Once you have chosen the outfit you want (please note that we do not sell the hats, shoes, socks, bibs and shawls without an outfit) and you are ready to place your order then press the 'Checkout' button and use the 'Memo' box to type in the following information:
1. The date you need your order by
(We will refuse your order by email if we cannot deliver by this date)
2. Most of the christening shoes and pram shoes show the size of foot they are suitable for. If you are ordering pram shoes that do not show the size measurements then please give the length of your babies feet and we will try to send the 'best fit' based on what you tell us rather than the size you have ordered.
4. Your embroidery details or any other information or questions relating to your order.
Most of the personalised embroidery can be done the same day (if your order arrives before noon, (except on Friday, Saturday, Sunday)) but, you may need to allow up to 3 extra days for embroidery work
Once we recieve your order we will get busy. Don't forget we are in England so your day could be our night but we will start acting on your order as soon as we receive it.

Mischiefkids is just a small boutique, every day a garment is with you we cannot sell it and this may mean disappointing other customers.
We know it is difficult making a choice with so many to choose from but, if you really cannot decide then before you place a 'Choice Order' please see our Returns Policy
ORDERING BY FAX

Most people enjoy the simplicity of ordering over the Internet.
If you prefer not to do this then you are quite welcome to fax your order to us but please remember to tell us all the information above.
Ordering by fax is not as secure as ordering online as the fax cannot encrypt your credit card details.

If this is the only way you feel happy placing an order then please call but, please bear in mind that the fastest way of getting your order processed is to place your order online.
We cannot take telephone orders until we have processed all the internet orders
Please bear in mind that we do not have a dedicated call centre but, if we have time, we will be happy to take your order once our internet orders have been processed (sorry! internet orders are arriving all the time so it may mean quite a wait).
We can process around twenty internet orders in the time it takes to take one telephone order.
If you do not want to order online because you do not want to give your credit card details online then please email us and we will send information by email on how to place an online order with us without giving your card details over the internet.
It helps us if you register online first, before phoning us, as that way we cannot make any mistakes when inputting your address information.
Please read all the information on this site before phoning then you will know the information we require.
Orders placed over the internet using our secure shopping basket are preferred as we then have written information and mistakes are less likely to occur. (Sorry but we cannot be responsible if mistakes are made in taking your information over the phone (with so many different accents we may misunderstand) and it is in your interests to order online.
Please bear in mind that we may be serving in the shop and may not be able to give you the full attention you deserve and we may ask you to call back later or send us an email so we can reply as soon as we have the time.
We do this because we have all had the frustration of being in a shop and the person serving has taken a lengthy phone call.
We feel this is the same as a customer coming into the shop and 'pushing in' rather than waiting their turn. Of course we know that the person on the other end of the phone cannot see into the shop so please try to understand if we cannot give you the help you deserve instantly.
