Choice Orders

A Choice order is when customers order the same item in different sizes or, two or more of the same thing i.e. two or three different outfits, so they can choose between which one they want when their order arrives.
As everything we sell is limited availablility, we try and avoid choice orders as, it can mean disappointing other customers.
It may be that you have been looking for something on our site and the size you want is out of stock but, it could be that someone else has ordered multiple sizes so they can make a choice, and this prevents you from buying the size that you want.
Choice orders also mean a lot of additonal work and we have given a brief summary of this below.
For customers in the UK there is a re-stocking fee of £10 per choice order item i.e. if you order garments in different sizes to choose between the sizes, the restocking fee will apply to each additional item and, choice orders need to be returned within 3 days of delivery (or attempted delivery). If your order is not a Choice Order then NO RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED
We know it is sometimes difficult to decide which size or style you want but, most items on our website show full garment measurements and, if not, we are happy to provide measurements for you, just request these using the 'additional information' box when you place your order online or email us with the product numbers and the measurements you need and we will email you back so that you can make a decision before we send out your order.
We are also happy to try and advise you when choosing between different styles. Hopefully this can help you avoid choice order re-stocking fees.
If, after reading this you decide you do want to place a choice order then, to avoid any delays, please use the instructions box (available during checkout) to say that you have read and agree to the choice order returns policy.

Below is just a brief summary of what is involved when you place a choice order:
Processing of original order:
Member of staff to locate, pick and the check the garments or footwear.
Member of staff to process the order and produce the invoice
outside of the UK and there is also a single country declaration for import/export paper-work involved
Member of staff to de-crypt the credit card information, verify credit
card address and take payment.
Member of staff to email customer of notification of despatch.
Member of staff to check the order has been picked correctly.
Member of staff to pack the order and fill in the certificate of posting
etc
Member of staff to check stock levels and, if it is the last one, remove product from website.
Other incidental costs
Cost of goods being out of stock and therefore unable to sell so cost of
missed sales and disappointed customers.
Processing of returns
Member of staff to issue returns number and make sure that the garment is
received.
Member of staff to check return
Member of staff to relocate paper-work to enable refund to be given.
Member of staff to decrypt credit card info and issue the refund.
Member of staff to process the return payment
Member of staff to email customer notification of refund.
Member of staff to return goods to stock on our database and to re-enable
it for the website.
Member of staff to re-press garment and ensure it's suitability for
re-sale.
