STANDARD RETURN/EXCHANGE INFO from outside of the UK
A polite request - Mischiefkids is a small boutique who hate to disappoint customers.
While you have the goods you have ordered we are unable to sell them to anyone else so, a very BIG PLEASE, send your returns back straight away rather than wait until the 7 days are almost up.
If you are sending your return back straight away then, a very BIG THANK YOU to you.
Returns sent back outside our 7 day returns policy will incur restocking fee's as per our online returns policy.
Your returns number is below.
REFUNDS
Please enclose one invoice copy (we always send two (one inside the parcel and one behind the address label) and write on which item(s) you have returned and request a Refund to your debit or credit card.
If we charged the card you gave when you ordered online we will be able to refund the card you used.
For telephone orders and alternative card details given by phone, you will need to provide your card details.

EXCHANGES
We can process exchange orders in two different ways:
- Method 1). Please place another online order for the garment you would like in exchange. We will treat this as a brand new order and process it immediately.Then send back the original item(s) as in the Refund section above and we will refund your card for the goods returned.
- Method 2). As above but, use one of the message boxes during checkout to say "This is an exchange order for *returns number as given below* please wait for return to arrive before sending this out and just charge for the P&P" Please enclose one invoice copy (we always send two (one inside the parcel and one behind the address label) and write on which item(s) you have and inform us that you have placed an online exchange order.
For Christening/Special Occasion orders where the garment measurements are given on the site:
Please do not just go off the age when you place your exchange order, instead please check the measurement chart for the garment on the site (link is in the product description)
If you have told us by email or phone that you want an exchange, please be aware that, we cannot hold exchange goods from an email or phone request.
Emails and phone calls are not linked to our ordering system and, the person who processes your returned parcel will not have seen that email and will not be aware of any phone calls so, please order your exchange online as per the information above

Goods coming back into the UK will incur duty and other charges imposed by the UK Government Customs & Excise dept unless the following instructions are followed.
When we sent out your order, we would have enclosed two invoices, one inside the parcel and one behind the address label.
Please enclose one of these with your return (put it behind the address label) and write on it:
"RETURNING TO THE ORIGINAL SHIPPER IN THE UK - Baby & Childrens wear - NO VAT CHARGED"
You also need to write the above on your customs documentation.
Do NOT send your order back by Fedex or UPS or any other courier as courier companies have their own customs brokers and these would levy the charges they incur.
The best way of sending back your return is to use your normal post office services.
Failure to follow the above information will mean that any charges will be charged to your card or deducted from your refund.
INCORRECT ORDERS
If we have made an error with your order, then we will pay the cost of sending out the correct order.
We will also pay the postage cost of you sending back the incorrect item but, only if you send it back via your post office using the cheapest signed for service.
We will not pay for priority or courier services so, please send your return back as above.
If your order is urgent, then please follow the instructions above for placing an exchange order, unfortunately this means we would have to charge your card again but, upon receipt of your return we will refund your card for the goods and postage costs as above.

RESTOCKING FEE'S ON LATE RETURNS:
Goods returned 8 to 14 days - 20% restocking fee
Goods returned 15 to 28 days - 50% restocking fee
Goods returned after 28 days - no refund or exchange. If you send goods back to us after 28 days you will need to pay for them to be returned to you or arrange a courier to collect them.
Goods returned must be in *perfect condition and returned with buttons fastened and all labels attached.
If any returned goods are not as above, you will need to pay for them to be returned to you or, arrange a courier to collect them.
*Perfect condition means:
No odours of any kind (including cooking, perfume, smoke, pets)
No marks of any kind (including lipstick, makeup etc)
Not heavily creased (usually due to being stuffed into too small a container)
